KICYYSO was founded in response to the growing number of orphaned and economically disadvantaged children in Uganda. A group of community members came together under Islamic principles of mercy and solidarity to ensure no child is left behind.
From humble beginnings — distributing food and paying a handful of school fees — we have grown into a registered NGO touching hundreds of lives annually. By the grace of Allah, we are only getting started.
To uplift vulnerable children, youth, and communities through education, welfare support, Islamic values, and sustainable development — ensuring every child has a fair chance at a dignified life.
